Durham Dales Countryside - Weardale Canvas Print

Weardale is on the East side of the Pennines in County Durham and is named after the River Wear. This view was taken near Killhope, to the West of the main Weardale towns of Stanhope and Wolsingham.

In so many ways the human race has lost its connection with nature. I developed a love of nature in my teens, which has never left me, and it's my wish that, in some small way, my images will help you reconnect with the beautiful world we live in and share. My close up images show you the intricate beauty of nature which, I hope, will encourage you to stop, really look and appreciate the beauty and magnificent complexity of all creation. I'm never happier than when I'm sitting beneath a tree deep in a wood. I hope you find and deepen your connection too.
