Description
There has been a village in Hutton-le-Hole since the time of the Doomsday Book. The village, which has nearly 30 properties that are Grade II Listed Buildings, was originally occupied by a large Quaker community. A small stream, Hotton Beck, divides the village, which has continued to grow in modern times and is now included in a listing of "20 most beautiful villages in the UK and Ireland".
